Martha,

How are you bypassing the chip in the cartridge?  The printer will continue to electronically "consume" the cartridge until it is down to 0%, then it won't allow you to print anymore.

Just thought I would drop everyone a note here and mention I have successfully modded a 3rd Gen Cube 3 with a heated print bed using the existing plate and other available items.  Please check out the initial post here:
