Does it need to be at 50%? I have two at 10% currently with new ones coming.

I'm not sure what your mean by 50%? I have been using 1.75mm PLA and ABS with a standard melting temp of about 160F.

Martha,

How are you bypassing the chip in the cartridge?  The printer will continue to electronically "consume" the cartridge until it is down to 0%, then it won't allow you to print anymore.
