Cube 3D printer community

I too have this first layer blob happening. 3 prints so far, 2 different objects
Only seems to occur if you print without rafts. So far I have only printed one object with a raft.
Results good, but the raft was almost impossible to remove, certainly not as easy as those created with Makerbot for my CTC printer.
Printing without rafts with PLA is OK on the Gen 2 Cube, unheated platform using standard glue.
