Problem kept getting worse and worse. Eventually the nozzles were scraping little gouges in the print bed on the first layer. Nothing I did fixed it, manual z-gap wouldn't fix it, setting a loose z-gap still wouldn't fix it. Luckily for me, the ebay seller offered to exchange it for another new one. Cost me $70 shipping but have another one still in the box waiting for me to have some time to get it up and running.
